MachineGun.fr remains owner of all intellectual property rights related to the websites and of all the use rights linked to it.
Access to the website does not grant any right on the intellectual property rights related to it, the later remaining the exclusive property of MachineGun.
Accessible elements on the website (texts, photographs, images, icon, sounds, videos, softwares, databases, …) are protected by intellectual property rights.
To the exception of explicit dispositions, it is forbidden to reproduce, modify, transmit, publish, adapt, on any support or exploit in any manner, all or part of the website without the written agreement of the website’s owner.
Transgression of these dispositions shall imply any appropriate legal action, particularly counterfeiting action.
Personal data protection
In conformity with the article 27 of the « Loi Informatique et Libertés » dated January 6th, 1978, necessary informations needed to handle the services are indicated on the website’s pages.
Other non mandatory information aims at better knowing the user and ameliorating the proposed services.
MachineGun is committed to conforming to the French and European regulation regarding the protection of personal data.
Baring a contrary opinion from the user, MachineGun is likely to transmit users’s data to its commercial partners.
In conformity with the “Loi Informatique et Libertés », the user owns a right to access, modify, rectify and delete the data which concern him (art. 34 of the « Loi
Informatique et Libertés » dated January 6th, 1978).
The user can exercise those rights by accessing the “espace membre » or by sending an email. MachineGun is allowed to store information (known as "cookie") on the user’s computer when the later browses or uses Machinegun.fr’s website. This information allows Machinegun.fr to track the user while he’s browsing or using the website. The user can delete and block this information from his computer (to do so, he might use the “help” option on his screen or browse his computer’s user guide) but this could reduce the functions offered by MachineGun’s website.
Applicable Law
General conditions are subject to French law and all lawsuit related to their interpretation and/or their execution belongs to French courts of law.
